Senior Concrete Supervisor

JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Concrete Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and ensuring the execution of all concrete-related works on the construction site. This role ensures that concrete operations—including formwork preparation, mixing, pouring, placing, finishing, and curing—are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, structural drawings, and quality standards. The Senior Concrete Supervisor plans daily activities, allocates resources, and supervises concrete crews to maintain high productivity while ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to safety protocols. The role involves monitoring workmanship, conducting inspections, coordinating with site engineers, QAQC personnel, and other trades, and taking corrective actions where necessary.
