The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in take-offs, material pricing, and full project cost estimation, ensuring projects are delivered on budget and aligned with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Develop and maintain comprehensive cost databases for materials, labour, and subcontractor services.
Analyse project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to produce accurate estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to validate cost assumptions.
