Senior Construction Manager

The Senior Construction Manager – Civil provides senior owner-side oversight of heavy civil construction scopes within a large infrastructure program. This leader manages construction risk across safety, quality, traffic management, and existing conditions, while ensuring contractor compliance with technical requirements and contract obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of civil construction components (earthworks, structures, roadworks, utilities, drainage) from an owner’s perspective.
• Monitor contractor performance for compliance with contract technical requirements, safety, quality, and schedule commitments.
• Manage oversight of contract requirements, technical field issues, NCRs/deficiencies, and escalation protocols.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate across multi-disciplinary internal partners (design, environment, traffic, utilities, commercial).
