RESPONSIBILITIES:

PROJECT TENDER PROCESS ROLLING OUT TIMELY

• Regular meeting with consultants to ensure technical specification is captured and tender drawings are in order.
• Carry out render documents review prior issuance of tender to ensure contract requirement is captured.

PROJECT QUALITY, PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION & TIME DELIVERY

• Complete the project according to contract & on time.
• Collaborate effectively to ensure team goals are achieved by providing input in decision making.
• Projects problem solving to ensure contractor adhere to contract specification, safety compliance and quality.
• Construction cost controls
• Inform management of red flags or potential and/or emerging areas of concern that may put the project in difficult completion condition.
• Review procedures and processes related to project quality control & procedure.
