Role Purpose Responsible that the project complies with Corporate EHS objectives & metrics, at the project level
Job Responsibilities Dual reporting relationship to Project Manager when assigned to a project Responsible for the Construction Team manpower planning and allocation of job roles and responsibilities, technical guidance, mentoring, monitoring and evaluating performance Responsible for ensuring the construction team is trained and understands the project requirements (schedule, quality and priorities) and individual responsibilities when signing Company and authority forms and procedures Ensures effective coordination between construction, Engineering and planning activities within the team Responsible for regular reporting of the construction status, including weekly / monthly reports Attends the following weekly Client meeting, weekly EHS meeting, weekly internal project meeting, relevant tender meetings, sub-contractor kick off meetings, Authority meetings and inspectio...
