Essential Functions:

• Establishes effective scope, schedule, and cost baselines and change management to measure progress against plans and identify when corrective actions are needed.
• Safe/efficient high-quality construction work that complies with policies, practices, and standards.
• Collaboration between project managers, project specialists, and contract construction inspectors.
• Provides construction support for all internal/external customers.
