Job Description

Responsibilities
 for the Risk & Change ManagerRisk & Change Governance
Ownership of the programme wide Risk, Change and Early Warning Notification (EWN) processes
Maintain the risk register, change order log and EWN tracker in line with agreed governance procedures
Ensure all risk and change processes are implemented across the project

Early Warning & Change Management

Manage, host and facilitate EWN, Risk and Change meetings with key stakeholders
Review submissions against agreed thresholds and escalate breaches in line with project governance
Manage change communication, ensuring stakeholders are fully informed of change orders, impacts and required actions
Ensure all supporting documentation required for change approval and sign-off is complete

Risk Analysis & Mitigation

Engage collaboratively with risk owners to develop realistic risk impact assessments
