Senior Construction Safety Specialist Role

Elevate health and safety protocols as a Senior Health and Safety Specialist within construction projects in Gatineau. This role emphasizes implementing and monitoring safety initiatives to foster a 'Safety Always' culture.
You will support BGIS in maintaining compliance and mitigating safety risks on project sites across the National Capital Region (NCR). Collaborate with project management and operations teams to conduct inspections and incident investigations, while ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct project inspections for compliance verification
• Carry out HSE incident investigations as needed
• Develop project-specific health and safety plans
