(Senior) Consultant* – Analytics & Survey Development

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at our Analytics & Survey Development team. This role will be based in Düsseldorf, Hamburg or Frankfurt am Main.

You will be an integral part of our Analytics & Survey Development team, contributing to the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Mercer’s compensation and workforce surveys. You will work closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of data quality, methodological rigor, and innovative survey solutions. You will also pilot and evaluate emerging AI and machine learning techniques to improve data quality, accelerate insight generation, and enhance internal survey production processes – while ensuring AI and analytics applications comply with Mercer’s data privacy, security, and governance standards.
