CLIC is seeking an experienced Senior Disability Practice & Integration Consultant to strengthen its Group Disability Claims department. With 6-9 years in the disability industry and a background in psychology, you will coach leaders, analyze pre-claim risk patterns, and support small to mid-sized clients on accommodation planning. A focus on mental health and effective communication will be essential for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach Case Managers on return-to-work communication
• Build consistency in change-of-definition timelines
• Partner with leadership to align claim strategies
• Identify workforce risk indicators and insights
• Conduct educational sessions on workplace mental health
Requirements:
• 6-9 years of experience in the disability sector
