Senior Consultant - Health & Benefits

Description

As part of the health & benefits team, this role is primarily to develop and grow our H&B business in Malaysia. This would include active business development and pipeline management, provide technical training, client sales/servicing support and to deliver on H&B strategy and BD projects.

The Role

• Support health & benefits projects and proposals development
• Project delivery and account management. This would include serving as the contact for internal stakeholders and clients on delivery of services.
• Sales management, ensuring the progress against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standards
• Develop benefits propositions, liaising & negotiating with stakeholders and prepare client solutions & recommendations. This would include (but not limited to) day to day vendor collaboration, building/refining processes and developing marketing/sales materials
