Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Consultant – Organization Change Management to be part of our team to design and implement OCM initiatives that align with large-scale telco transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute Organization Change Management strategies for telco tech transformation
Support change adoption across customer journey, user journey, CRM, OSS, and billing systems
Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities
Work closely with business and technology stakeholders within a complex transformation environment
Requirements
5–8 years of telco experience (customer journey, CRM, OSS, billing)
1–2 years hands-on experience in Organization Change Management within technology-driven transformation
Prior experience in the consulting industry
