As a Senior Workplace Consultant and Lead Strategist, you will serve as the bridge between organizational vision and the physical environment. In this high-impact role, you will be nimble and multi-faceted, acting as a strategic advisor to C-Suite clients while driving integrated business development within our brokerage teams. You will lead the Strategy-First approach, ensuring that real estate decisions are rooted in data, culture, and operational efficiency. Working in a collaborative, rapid-growth structure, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of Workplace Consulting, from high-level intelligence and hybrid modeling to design oversight and change management, supporting the successful delivery of national and global mandates. The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated to range from $125,000-$140,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through a bonus.
