Senior Consultant – Microsoft AI Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant – Microsoft AI Solutions to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services. This role requires a hands on experience and not just exposure, consultative mindset, technical expertise, and strong client-facing skills to drive adoption, delivery excellence, and measurable business outcomes.

This is a remote, long-term position with a permanent night shift schedule, supporting global clients in digital transformation initiatives.

Solution Envisioning & Business Alignment

• Lead AI solution workshops, demos, and technical deep-dives to translate business scenarios into solution designs.
• Facilitate alignment with stakeholders on scope, architecture, requirements, and success criteria.
