Client Support & Relationship Ownership
Serve as the primary Customer Success contact for Japanese clients operating overseas or expanding into new international markets and categories.
Manage day-to-day client communications in both Japanese and English, ensuring seamless and reliable service delivery aligned with client business needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, taking full ownership of client requests from initiation through resolution.
Execution & Value Delivery
