What The Role Is The Civil Service College's Institute of Leadership and Organisation Development (ILOD) is seeking an experienced organisation development (OD) professional for a unique 2-year secondment opportunity designed to deepen OD consulting expertise while driving meaningful change across Singapore's government landscape. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse transformation and change projects across government agencies, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ILOD's consulting teams, and contribute to building OD as a core transformation capability across the Public Service.
