Roles and Responsibilities

• Work directly with the client to understand needs and detailed requirements; design and implement a robust solution and communicate it to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of all technical aspects of a Force.com implementation, including custom code, systems integrations, 3rd‑party applications, and AppExchange products.
• Design and manage delivery of cloud‑based solutions and technologies, including Salesforce.com products and APIs, Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud, Omni Studio and Industries CPQ (Vlocity) and Industries Order Management.
