Senior Consultant, Strategy and Risk

Salary Expected Salary Range: $109,832 - $137,290 annually. Target Variable Performance Pay: 10%.

The salary range shown above reflects the expected compensation for this position. The final salary offered will be determined based on a holistic assessment of the candidate’s experience, education, training, and alignment with the role’s requirements. For positions covered by a collective agreement, placement within the range will follow the applicable step or classification.

Responsibilities

Leads strategic planning and risk analysis, including the preparation of presentations, materials, and follow-up actions in support of the Executive Team and the Board of Director meetings, aligned to organizational priorities

Acts as a senior project manager to drive high impact strategic initiatives and enterprise risk priorities, applying strong facilitation and planning skills to support effective execution and alignment with the corporate strategy
