**Job Description**



**Job Responsibilities**



+ Design and configure system solutions based on business requirements and best practices.

+ Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues during project implementation and post-go-live support.

+ Develop functional design documents, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.

+ Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and provide go-live and post-go-live support.

+ Provide support for incident management and handle Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support to resolve the system issues.

+ Apply ERP knowledge to design scalable end-to-end solutions

+ Assist in project management tasks, including progress tracking, issue resolution, and change management.

+ Deliver user training sessions and support knowledge transfer activities.
