Senior Consultant (Telco)

Overview

We are hiring a Senior Consultant – Organization Change Management to be part of our team to design and implement OCM initiatives that align with large-scale telco transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute Organization Change Management strategies for telco tech transformation
• Support change adoption across customer journey, user journey, CRM, OSS, and billing systems
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders within a complex transformation environment

Requirements

• 5–8 years of telco experience (customer journey, CRM, OSS, billing)
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in Organization Change Management within technology-driven transformation
