The Consultant will lead the development of a modern, PHIPA‑aligned privacy and data governance model to support EHR modernization and digital health transformation initiatives across Ontario.

• Senior Consultant with 10+ years of advanced experience, including significant, demonstrable expertise in health privacy, PHIPA compliance, and privacy governance within Ontario’s health system.
• Planning and implementation support for complex privacy and data governance initiatives at a national or international scale
• Modernization aligned with PHIPA and OPS standards.
• Extensive experience in projects involving multifaceted stakeholder landscapes
• Stakeholder and Change Management
• Experience in program definition and development, transition planning, and organizational culture change and change management.
