Overview of the role:
The role-holder will lead and contribute to HR consulting assignments, focusing on strategic HR advisory and implementation. This role demands a blend of consulting expertise, client management skills, and revenue generation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals to meet or exceed the ₹4 Cr annual revenue target. Build and nurture client relationships in key sectors.
