Senior Consultant, Workday People Analytics (Reporting)

Overview: Our team is building an insight‑driven HR function powered by Workday reporting. As a Senior Consultant, you will architect reliable, scalable reports and dashboards that inform strategic decisions across Talent, Learning, Total Rewards, and more.

Responsibilities

• Be the Workday reporting authority – design, build, and optimize advanced reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), dashboards, scheduled reports, and Discovery Boards aligned with the enterprise reporting strategy.
• Build calculated fields, prompts, and share datasets to support reporting needs.
• Drive an HR reporting strategy – partner with Talent Management, Learning & Development, Workforce Planning, and HR Operations to define KPI frameworks and standardized metric definitions.
• Elevate data storytelling – translate data into executive‑ready visuals and narratives, deliver clear decks and dashboard walkthroughs to senior leaders.
