What You'll Be Doing:
Running a full 360 recruitment desk (business development + candidate delivery)
Building and developing new client relationships within the tech space
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Negotiating terms and closing placements
Taking accountability for revenue targets and desk growth
Collaborating with a supportive team to maximize market opportunities
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a 360 recruiter (agency experience preferred)
Strong business development capability and client acquisition track record
