Duties

As a senior engineer, you will focus on system engineering, automation, and serve as the final escalation point. Your duties will align with one of the following specializations:

• Automation: You will be responsible for the creation and management of automation workflows using Terraform.
• Cloud Telephony: You will manage and resolve complex escalations for our cloud-based platforms, such as Nuance.
• Server Management: You will provide deep, expert-level server support for the Calabrio platform.
• Security: You will lead and execute security patching across all on-premise platforms, including Avaya, Dtools, Sprinkler, and Verint.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
