Senior Content Producer

We seek an exceptionally talented Senior Content Producer to take charge of and drive content development throughout the entire customer journey, encompassing acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and advocacy.

This role is responsible for crafting smart, personalized, human-centered content that nurtures customers at every stage and elevates their experience with dopay across email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, NewsLetter, in-app messaging, website content, and more.

This is a strategic and hands-on position, ideal for someone who knows how to blend brand storytelling, customer lifecycle messaging, industry insights, and performance-driven content into one cohesive experience
