Senior Content Strategist (Onsite)

DIRECTLY REPORTS TO: COO ROLE OVERVIaEW The Senior Content Lead acts as the Editor-in-Chief and Creative Director.

This role is responsible for developing the overarching content strategy, managing the editorial calendar, and ensuring that all creative output—text, visual, and video—aligns strictly with the brand’s voice and business objectives.  The Senior Content Lead transitions from pure creation to leadership, supervising the Content Production Team.

They are responsible for quality control, workflow optimization, and integrating Generative A.I.
