Senior Continuing Education Specialist (12-month contract)

Overview

As a Senior Continuing Education Specialist, you will oversee the administration and refinement of CIRO’s Continuing Education (CE) programs to ensure compliance with CIRO’s proficiency standards and to advance the organization’s CE strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accreditation and CE inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and ensure escalation as needed
• Manage the intake process for educational programs submitted by external providers for CE credit
• Review submitted programs to determine accredited CE credit hours and issue approvals on behalf of CIRO with minimal supervision
• Provide feedback to applicants to assist them in understanding CIRO’s accreditation decision
• Liaise with Dealer Members, Approved Persons and other stakeholders regarding the accreditation process and CE programs and incorporate feedback into the accreditation process as needed
