Senior Contract Associate

**Job Overview**

This role serves as a Senior Contract Associate and is a sponsor dedicated role. You will be in charge of overseeing the preparation, negotiation, and finalisation of clinical trial agreements and budgets in compliance with FMV, legal, and regulatory requirements. You will act as the primary liaison with sites and internal stakeholders while managing timelines, maintaining accurate tracking, and supporting contract amendments and template updates.

**Essential Functions**

+ Develop Coordinate the development of investigator grants and estimates, contracting strategies and proposal text to support the proposal development process.
+ Develop contract language, payment language and budget templates as required as applicable to the position.
