Senior Contract Engineer

As a Senior Contract Engineer / Executive you will be the commercial backbone of our high-impact industrial projects. This is a high-visibility role where you will lead and execute the end-to-end contractual lifecycle—from pre-contract tendering to final account settlement. You will serve as a strategic lead in commercial risk management , advanced cost control, and high-stakes negotiations, ensuring our projects (Data Centers, Semiconductors, and FMCG) are delivered with commercial excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Drive commercial strategy for mission-critical sectors (Data Centers, Semiconductors, and FMCG), leveraging deep technical and MEP-specific expertise.
• Spearhead the preparation, review, and high-level negotiation of Main Contracts, Subcontracts, and Letters of Award (LOA).
• Lead the commercial tendering process, including complex cost estimation, BOQ development, and identifying value engineering opportunities.
