Job Description

SENIOR CONTRACT EXECUTIVE/CONTRACT EXECUTIVE To prepare the monthly progress payments 
To prepare the Sub-Contractor's claims 
To prepare final account statements 
To prepare documents for award purposes 
To prepare and acquire the necessary information to complete and comply with tender document requirements 
To process and check the Sub-Contractor's claims 
To prepare and get ready potential Sub-Contractors or suppliers for Contract Manager’s confirmation and ensure they comply with specifications 
To prepare and complete the Final Account 
To solve daily problems if they arise 
To undertake any new tasks assigned from time to time 
To ensure that, at the tendering or planning stages and during construction, adequate budgets are allocated for facilities and equipment to prevent or minimise accidents, injuries, illnesses, damage, and environmental pollution
