Job Description

                    Contract Review & Compliance  Review and comment on terms and conditions of contracts with customers and main subcontractors 
Ensure contract-compliant implementation throughout the project lifecycle. 
 Claims and Variations Management  Raise awareness of the operational implementation of claim strategies among relevant stakeholders 
Identifying evaluating and following up on all events relevant for incoming and outgoing claims / changes 
Collecting preparing and managing relevant documents (incl. drafting of letters) and evidences in accordance with contractual deadlines and requirements 
Preparation of / participation in claim negotiations 
Contribute to reporting of claims to management and business partners 
Support in arbitration/litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
