Job Description

  • Oversee and supervise the pre & post contract department.
  • Handling the evaluation & preparation of project progression claims and verification of sub-contractor claims
  • Handling all contractual & commercial issues at site
  • Responsible for all costing & changes within allocated budget
  • Preparing contractual claims & changes for verification & certification by superior
  • Responsible for contract administration based on the condition of the contracts
  • Making sure processes & documentations are in line with company's ISO
  • Full involved in tendering process, interviews, evaluation, cost analysis and subsequently awarding of tender & preparation of award letter
  • Able to calculate the cost of construction for projects tendering based on the tender drawings and documents, cost estimation, bills of quantities, materials sourcing.
