Senior Contracts Analyst; Execution

KL based with Operator

Mandatory

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry.

• Experience with operational and commercial agreements for instance Gas and Condensate Sale Agreement, Power purchase agreement, Land Sublease Agreement, water supply agreement, common facilities agreement, Sulphur Sale Agreement, Right of Ways, Pipeline Crossing Agreement, etc.

• Experience with joint-venture management.

• Strong teamwork, communications, and leadership skills.

• University degree (or similar qualification) in Engineering, Finance, or Law.

• Experience with major oil and gas projects.

• Experience in negotiating oil and gas contracts.

• Fluent in oral & written English
