# About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. Degree or equivalent professional qualification/experience 2. Proven track record of negotiation of clinical trial related agreements, current national model agreements, material and data transfer agreements, including negotiation of intellectual property, liability/indemnity and price 3. Proven negotiation/influencing skills in relation to external funders and partners and ability to analyse and problem solve complex contractual issues. 4. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to the NHS and clinical governance, device regulations, confidentiality, data protection and material transfer 5. Strong leadership skills and management or mentoring experience, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ownership of driving staff development. 6.
