**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a **Senior Contracts Manager** for Leidos Innovations UK Ltd in the UK Defence portfolio working on accounts with the Ministry of Defence. Assists and reports directly to the Contracts & Supply Chain Director.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Provides commercial, contractual and technical interpretation on contract terms and conditions
+ experienced in MOD contracting
+ Leads on contractual interactions with the Customer
+ Leads on identification and preparation of contract change proposals
+ Review, scrutinize, and develop operational process flows
