The role involves a hybrid working structure, with three days spent on major projects and time split between smaller sites or working remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out, excellent client-facing and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently. A competitive salary of £80k–£95k per annum is offered.
