Job Description

 
  Education and work experience: 
 Higher education (University degree or higher) in economic, finance areas or in the relevant speciality and not less than 4 years of work experience in the position of Contracts and Procurement Specialist.
 
  Main functions: 
 Effective and efficient accountability for compliance with KPO policies and procedures and directive received from the Contracts and Procurement Manager/ Contracts and Procurement Section Head and information received from user departments regarding all aspects relevant to the contracts and procurement planning, auditing, and all supervision, co-ordination and administration activities associated with Procurement of Goods and Services for Projects.
 Effective processing of all requisitions, commercial evaluations and required negotiations, definitions of all contractual terms and conditions, implementation of effective work practice.
