Job Description

 
   The role:  
 We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Control Engineer to lead our Service Control Engineers. The successful candidate will manage a team of Control Engineers in providing Technical Support & aftersales care for RIHC’s products in the Offshore Energy sector; ensuring clients’ needs are met in a professional & timely manner.
  You will be responsible for: 
 Leadership and development of a small team of Control Engineers.
 Providing Technical support, Investigation and resolution of Control System related issues across a wide range of RIHC products.
 Implementing upgrades and updates to existing RIHC equipment.
 Ensuring customers are well supported in their service needs and technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
 Efficient Management & Prioritisation of workload for the Engineers.
