Primary Responsibilities & Attitude We’re looking for a Senior Controller, Finance, to join our growing company, Odyssey Trust! Our ideal candidate is someone who has strong technical skills, experience managing a team and strong leadership skills. The candidate will be known for their work ethic and “can do” attitude and considers themselves a team player. We’re especially excited about someone who champions process transformation and knows how to leverage technology to modernize the way finance teams operate. On a day-to-day basis, you will support our VP Finance and Executive and work alongside the Finance Team. You will oversee all accounting, auditing and finance compliance functions, lead the accounting team and drive technology and process transformation across the finance function.
