Senior Cook with Honjo

We’re now looking for an energetic Senior Cook to join Honjo, our dreamy home for contemporary Japanese dining in Sheung Wan.

You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot and cold sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.
