  • Lead coordination of operations across the College of Schools and College Services, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring effective service delivery.

  • Manage and mentor the team responsible for casual workforce administration, ensuring high‑quality, client‑focused support.

  • Represent School and Teaching Operations on key projects and initiatives impacting administration across the College of Schools.
