Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Management:
    Lead and coordinate global customer service operations, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. Manage teams, resolve issues efficiently, and monitor KPIs (NPS, SLAs).

  • Process Optimization & Automation:
