Senior Corporate Action Team Leader

Overview To manage the corporate actions team for the payments (., dividends, interest, and trust distributions) and project manage minor/less complicated payments. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Strategic Focus You’ll be working in the Corporate and Income section. We are responsible for the correct and timely processing of Corporate Action and Income transactions. This includes cash payments such as dividend, interest, liquidation and redemption or corporate events like merger, capital increase, tender or purchase offer and stock split on equities, bonds or hedge fund products. As a strong member of the team, you will work closely within the integrated value chain and our global / international interfaces.

Good understanding of equities securities markets, in terms of trade and corporate actions lifecycle, regulations etc.
