Senior Corporate Broker

Overview

We are hiring a Corporate Broker to join the CMC CapX team. CMC CapX is at the core of CMC Markets' pivot toward private markets, fintech, and emerging asset infrastructure. It combines deep capital raising experience with cutting edge technology, particularly tokenisation, to expand access, enhance liquidity, and redefine how private companies and investors connect globally.

Responsibilities

• Capital Markets Advisory - Assist clients with equity and debt financing, including initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, and secondary share offerings.


• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and disposals from a market perspective.


• Creating New Relationships - Approaching new corporate clients, generating new relationships, winning new business and forging long term relationships.
