**Overview:**

The Senior Corporate Counsel for US Litigation & Investigations will be responsible for managing litigation and claims involving US-based Sanofi entities in a variety of practice areas, working independently, as well as with outside counsel and colleagues in the US Litigation & Investigations group. The position requires effective and efficient management of litigation, with an emphasis on favorable results while managing costs.
