What you will enjoy doing
The Senior Corporate HSE Expert drives the implementation of corporate health, safety, and environmental strategies across the organization. The role ensures compliance with standards, supports regional and country teams, and promotes a strong and consistent safety culture worldwide.
Provide technical guidance on the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program and ensure safe implementation during maintenance activities

Develop clear and engaging HSE communication materials to strengthen safety awareness across the organization

Monitor compliance with HSE management systems and ALPLA standards

Prepare Lessons Learned reports for Lost Time Injuries, including root cause analysis and preventive recommendations

Support regional and country HSE managers in rolling out global HSE initiatives and deliver targeted training sessions
