This role demands exceptional attention to detail, mastery of Brazilian corporate and tax law, and the ability to navigate complex cross-border transactions. Key Responsibilities Statutory & SECAP Filings: File annual accounts, DREI UBO updates, and quarterly sports-betting turnover reports; maintain complete and compliant licence-holder records.
