Job Description
Join FCT as Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate, where you’ll manage complex legal matters and provide valuable insights to the management team in a hybrid work environment.
With a focus on corporate law and risk management, this role requires at least 8 years of experience to effectively advise on strategies, litigation, and legal compliance across the organization. The successful candidate will prepare contracts, oversee legal provisions for departments, and lead strategic initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders, including outside legal counsel and department heads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on legal risks, corporate structure, and new products
• Manage ongoing litigation and collaborate with outside counsel
• Provide expertise on contracts for various departments
• Guide HR on legal issues related to employment
• Act as Complaints Officer to resolve customer issues

• 8 to 12 years of legal practice experience
