Senior Corporate Lawyer

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and commercially astute corporate lawyer to join the Corporate & Commercial practice at Anand and Anand . The role requires strong experience in mergers & acquisitions, insolvency and restructuring matters, debt recovery, commercial licensing, and drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements including SLAs.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling sophisticated transactions, advisory mandates, and client interactions in a fast-paced law firm environment.
